Principal
Renato Veerasammy, C.Eng., P.Eng., PE, BSSO, is a Designated Consulting Engineer licensed to practice in both Ontario and the Northwest Territories. Renato has an American PE designation licensed to practice in Delaware. Renato has been involved in engineering project for over 35 years in Canada, US, Europe, Asia, and Middle East. Renato is a certified thermographer and has membership in ASTM and CSC.
Associate
Monica Balaj, MBA, B. Eng, has a project management master degree from LSBF, UK, an engineering degree from Europe, a Canadian Certified Project Manager, a Condominium General License in Ontario. In 2018, Monica has taught The Role of Women in Engineering at University of Toronto. Monica has held progressive senior management positions in commercial and residential property management, specifically in condominium, managing multi-million dollar operating and capital budgets (garage rehabilitation, roofing, mechanical system replacement, balcony, and façade restoration, etc.).
